Lance Lansrud

Lance Lansrud is a real estate broker who owns Agentry Real Estate, serving the greater Tampa Bay market. Lance originally became a licensed real estate agent in 2003, after leaving his career in commercial lending. Since becoming licensed, Lance has sold approximately $250,000,000 in real estate and has established an impressive reputation both with his clients and his colleagues in the industry.
Lance is a local Tampa guy, having graduated from Plant High School in South Tampa and subsequently from the University of Florida, obtaining a degree in finance, with Honors. He has earned various professional designations within the real estate industry, and is a member of the local, state, and national board of Realtors.
Community is of tremendous importance to Lance, and he has served or serves in leadership capacities on numerous boards, to include: Community Tampa Bay, NCCJ, Westcare Foundation, Mustard Seed Foundation, and Neighborhood Lending Partners. Lance is immensely involved with the Tampa Bay Chamber through Leadership Tampa; he is a graduate of the class of 2015, served as Vice-Chair for the class of 2019, Chair for the class of 2020, and has held numerous leadership roles with Leadership Tampa Alumni. He is an Eagle Scout, and an elder and member of Palma Ceia Presbyterian Church.
Pat Cuervo

Pat is a longtime South Tampa resident, and she is living the life! She has lived in Illinois, Michigan, Ohio and of course Florida (Orlando, Miami, Tampa), so naturally Tampa has been a perfect fit for Pat.
In fact, Pat has lived in the Tampa Bay area for 42 years; 24 in South Tampa. She has skills and knowledge from many years in leadership positions in our community; including Advisory committee for the City of Tampa, 13th Judicial District Bar Grievance committee, the Guardian Ad Litem program, parents’ club president, a domestic violence 501(c)3 corporation president, and a hospital foundation (now Florida Hospital).
Pat has a graduate degree in counseling from University of South Florida and an undergraduate degree from Ohio State University. Her interests include history politics, snow skiing, working out and reading.
Kyle Hollister, Ph.D.

Kyle is a Florida native currently residing in South Tampa, and has worked and lived in different parts of the Tampa Bay area. After graduating from The University of Florida (B.S., Chemical Engineering) and Louisiana State University (Ph.D., Chemistry), Kyle began his professional career as an engineer and chemist before his passion for working with people ultimately led to a career in Real Estate. Kyle’s favorite part of Real Estate is paying close attention to his clients’ needs and helping to solve their unique challenges. When he’s not working, you can find Kyle and his wife enjoying Tampa Bay’s restaurants, water activities, and sports and entertainment venues.
Ally McDermott
REALTOR
Ally is a Hillsborough County native, with extensive knowledge of the area. She attended various Bay area schools while growing up, and earned her diploma from Riverview High School.
After graduating, she lived in California and Washington, D.C., before deciding to return to her roots in Tampa. She began her career in real estate from the ground up, assisting over twenty agents with transactions and client support. It did not take long before Ally’s passion in real estate grew, and she was licensed three years later.
As an outdoor enthusiast, she competes regularly in running competitions – both for sport and for charity. She is an avid lover of the water and has explored many of the canals in the Bay area on her paddleboard. Ally and her husband, Joe, live in South Tampa and are proud parents of a precious two-year old daughter and their two dogs. She is affiliated with the Chamber of Commerce, Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, and was previously a member of Emerge and has sat on the board of “Get Connected.”
Trish Hines

Trish has been a licensed Florida Realtor since 2003, beginning her career in the Destin, Florida area. She received a B.S. degree with Honors from Auburn University concentrating in Paralegal Studies. Having worked with Lance previously at another Tampa brokerage firm, Trish is motivated by her personal philosophy of providing her clients with the most positive and trusted real estate experience possible. Clients have been impressed by her unwavering dedication and strong motivation to exceed their needs.
When Trish isn’t working, you can find her in the kitchen. As a national barbeque judge, Trish and husband Tom own a line of barbeque products, Sassy Q BBQ Gourmet Sauces & Rubs.
